If you are watching this video, means you are interested in weight management. The famous Dr Deepak Chopra Said “ Weight loss has to be satisfying in order to succeed” … SO, if you are thinking to celebrate your next 5 kg weight loss over a huge meal, then probably your subconscious mind is not satisfied with your weight loss regime.

What do you need to do then?
1. First don’t depend on any medicine or product
2. Focus on your eating habit. Make a small change in every week. Don’t rush.
3. Eat in small quantity 4-5 times in a day. Don’t skip meals. Remember “ It is not what you eat, but how much you eat”
4. Focus on what are you eating. Are you choosing a meal due to emotional reason or you are really hungry. Which means, start to think “what are you hungry for” before choosing your every meal. This small exercise is very powerful in changing eating habit

As soon as you can understand how to fill the empty spots in your mind, you will not look for food to fill your stomach. This is the mind-body connection which is neglected. Hope you won’t neglect it anymore after watching this video.
